Services and prices

Launchlane Web designs websites and online stores for shops and small businesses, with hosting and support included in a monthly plan.
Prices are shown in Saudi riyals on the pricing section. The setup fee is paid once, and the monthly plan starts on the day the site goes live.
Payments are processed by Moyasar (mada, Apple Pay and credit cards) or by bank transfer. We never store your card details.

We start with a free concept and no obligation. If you go ahead, you pay a 50% deposit, and the remaining 50% after you approve the finished site.
Delivery takes 5 working days for Launch and 7 for Business, counted from when we receive your photos and details. Every plan includes 3 revision rounds.
If delivery is late through our fault, you get 10% off the setup fee for every 3 days of delay.

If the first full design isn't right and the revision rounds can't fix it, we refund your full deposit within 7 days of your request.
Once you approve and we publish the final site, the setup fee is non-refundable because the service has been delivered.
You can cancel the monthly plan at any time with one month's notice. Months already paid are not refunded.
Refunds go back to the original payment method: 1–3 working days for mada and 7–14 working days for credit cards.
To request a refund or cancellation, message us on WhatsApp or email with your payment ID.

The domain is registered in the client's name, and the content and photos the client sends remain theirs. If the plan ends, we hand over all site files.
The client is responsible for the accuracy of the information and prices they send and for the rights to any photos they provide.
Concept sites we prepare before an agreement are proposals for demonstration only, not the businesses' official websites.

We only collect data you send us yourself — name, mobile number, business name, email and business details — to deliver the service and contact you.
Card payments are handled by Moyasar, a licensed gateway; your banking details never pass through or stay on our servers.
We never sell your data or share it, except with the providers needed to deliver the service (hosting and payments) or when required by a government authority.
We keep data for the length of the contract and as required by law afterwards. You can ask to see, correct or delete it at any time under Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law.
The site uses no advertising trackers; it only remembers simple choices in your browser, such as the display currency.
